I know it's kind of counter-intuitive for it to be "hip vintage" but that's what the actions looked like. The names are a little weird, too. I think I kinda forced my vision, if that makes sense. But in a way, that's what "sells" one to download an action. It has a name, so you can actually believe that that action creates that effect. It does create an effect, but giving the action a name makes it that much more real and believable.
Anyway. as I was making this action set, I thought it would be neat if there were also some vignette effects to add to the actions. I tried to make that an add-on action, but it failed. So here's one way to get a nice vignette effect:

Use the Rectangular or Elliptical Marquee Tool to select the central portion of your photo. Then invert the selection (shift+control+I). Click Refine Edge..., and apply a high amount of feathering, 75–150 pixels maybe, or whatever you think will work. Copy this selection to a new layer and change the Blend Mode to Multiply. You can choose other blend modes, actually. Whatever you think looks best, really. You can also play around with the opacity, as as well copy the layer (control-J) to double the effect if the opacity is already at 100%
